Delivery services
- Deliveries are provided to Event Venues, Garages, Covered Porches, Tents and Loading docks.
- Delivery charges vary depending on county and distance, plus fuel charge.
Pricing
- No Minimum rental is required
- All rentals are based on availability.
- Pricing is set for single event ( 3 day ) - please contact us for long-term rates.
- Equipment is rented in an "AS IS CONDITION"
Additional Fees
- Weekend and requested time window deliveries and pickups will incur additional charges
- When arranged in Advance with our staff, Genesis Event Rental team can provide setup and breakdown of equipment for an additional fee.
- Long carries and steps at delivery locations: deliveries carried more than 30' from delivery truck or more than 3 steps up or down may incur additional charges.
Client Responsibilities
- The Customer is responsible for all equipment after delivery.
- Please inspect all equipment prior to event. If any equipment is missing or deemed unsafe, notify us immediately.
- NO CLAIMS CAN BE MADE AFTER COMMENCEMENT OF EVENT.
- Genesis Event Rental assumes no liability whatsoever for use of any equipment.
- Equipment must be returned in the same condition that it was delivered prior to pickup, Please ensure that equipment is broken down, stacked neatly and returned to location of delivery. Failure to do so will result in additional charges.
- Additional charges will be incurred for damage equipment.

Payment Policy
- 3% will be added to all card payment method.
- 50% deposit of rental total is required to confirm rental contract and reserve equipment for event.
- Remaining 50% is due 3 days prior to the delivery date of rental items.
- your order must be paid in full at least 3 days before the scheduled delivery date stated in your contract.
- If payment is not received by that time, the order will not be delivered, and the contract may be closed without a refund.
Unused Items Policy
Please note that if any product included in your contract (such as cutlery, glassware, plates, tablecloths, heaters, stoves, etc.) is not used because you chose not to or no longer needed it for your event, no refund will be issued.
This is because those items were reserved and removed from our inventory to ensure availability for your event, and therefore could not be rented to another client.
General Cancelation Policy
- You may remove one or more item(s) from your order, or cancel your entire order, according to the following schedule, The following cancellation fees will apply, subject to any category-specific cancellation policies:
* 8 days prior to delivery no cancellation fee.
* 7 days prior to delivery, 50% of total order will not be Refundable.
* 3 days prior to delivery 100% of total order will not be Refundable.
Days prior, refer to the numbers of days before earliest of the receipt of goods or performance of services.
